- Hello! My name is Selena Brown. This year I am teaching 5th-8th Grade English Language Arts & Writing at State Street Academy. I graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Minor in Social Studies. I have student taught overseas in Australia. I was a K-6 Reading/ Math Academic Interventionist for Saginaw Public Schools for 2 years.
I currently live in Bridgeport. I enjoy cooking, exercising and shopping. I am excited to be working at State Street Academy this year.
